Founders Detroit Double IPA

detroit_douple_ipa_fbtwitter_3-1-1-1024x614Double IPA | 8.9% ABV

Pushing tropical aromatics such as mango and pineapple to the edge of pungent, Detroit Double IPA raises the bar to what consumers expect in this beloved hoppy style. Healthy portions of American adjuncts, as well as lightly kilned crystal malts, contribute a slight sweetness as well as provide a delicate backbone to showcase the dank resinous hop oils within. Detroit Double IPA pours a light orange accompanied by a white frothy head that bursts with hop aromatics. This beer drinks smooth and finishes crisp with a piney bitterness. 8.9% ABV.

But it doesn’t end there, folks. Milk sugar added during the brewing process lends a smooth and sweet finish, making this a delicious treat reminiscent of your favorite iced coffee drink.

Ecliptic-Brewing-Hoku-lele-Tiki-Inspired-Tropical-Ale-LabelTropical Ale | 8% ABV

Taking its name after a shooting star in Hawaiian, Hoku-lele Tiki-Inspired Tropical Ale was a beer that the brew team at Ecliptic has a lot of fun in developing the recipe. Hoku-lele Tiki-Inspired Tropical Ale uses Sabro, Azacca, and Mosaic hops that are dosed with the tropical essence of pineapple, passionfruit, guava, coconut, almond and macadamia nut, along with a dash of cinnamon. This tropical themed summer beer sits at 8% ABV and 16 IBUs.
