New Beer Releases: November 4th through the 15th

Alright folks. We're slowly transitioning from pumpkin spice to peppermint. There's 17 days until Thanksgiving and 44 days until Christmas. And you know what that means, right? Time to move on from light beers to something that's a little darker and a little more complex. Your patrons aren't going to want pale ales and hefeweizens as the days continue to grow cold and crisp. Give 'em what they want. Find something new and exciting from the list below!

    Coronado Brewing Mango Sprinkles

It started with a hazy IPA recipe and we upped the ante with fresh mango puree and a hefty dose of Simcoe, Mosaic, Azacca, Amarillo and Chinook hops. The beer is then fermented with a centuries-old strain of Norwegian farmhouse ale yeast, called Kveik (Norwegian for “yeast”). This particular yeast strain imparts fruity esters of lime and citrus to perfectly complement the mango and hop character in the beer. Lastly, the beer is dry-hopped with almost two pounds per barrel of Mosaic, Azacca, Amarillo and Chinook hops, for an intensely dank and ripe fruit hop character.

revolution brewing Very Special Old Ryewine

    rye ale | 14% ABV

Owing to two years in premium rye whiskey barrels this slightly sweeter blend of our Ryewine oozes with malt-derived complexities reminiscent of maple and enough oak to build a bedroom set.      revolution brewing strawberry jacket

    barleywine | 13% ABV

Yes, Strawberry Jacket. A slightly drier blend of bourbon and rye whiskey barrel English Barleywines aged eighteen months provides a base for the delicate nuances of fresh strawberry to shine while retaining the same balance we expect of our beloved Straight Jacket. Reminiscent a fresh, juicy strawberry atop a crème brûlée, this sipper can accompany dessert or stand on its own. Enjoy now or store cold.
