    POLLYANNA Nose Over Tail Maibock

    NOSEOVERTAIL_BOLDGOV2Maibock | 7% ABV

Winter is just about the worst thing ever, so we can’t stress how nose over tail excited we are knowing our shovels and car scrapers might be taking an extended vacation. Literally translating to “May Bock” in German, Maibock is a strong lager traditionally consumed during the all too brief months that transition Winter to Summer. Meant for beer gardens everywhere, this beer is malt-forward and silky smooth with just enough of a noble hop backing to balance the plethora of caramel and bread-like malts.

    Pollyanna HumpenscRump Hefeweizen

    Humpenscrump

    Hefeweizen | 5.2% abv

A “Humpenscrump” is a musical instrument. Not a certain type of…um…move. Plus, on a totally unrelated note, we’re pretty big fans of the alliteration with Hefeweizen. Brewed with 100% German malt, wheat, hops, and yeast, this beer is super smooth, soft, and clean with no discernible bitterness. A light sweetness and notes of banana and clove make this perfect on a hot, sunny day.

It only takes four chords to make a song remarkable and it only takes four ingredients to make a beer delicious. This American Pale Ale is brewed with Vienna Malt, Amarillo Hops, American Yeast, and our signature RO Water. Vienna Malt is a perfect backdrop to display the intricacies of a single hop and Amarillo shines in this single hopped APA.

    Middle Brow Check the Charts

    unnamed

    Sour

This gal's a serious "here, smell this" beer. Your nose keeps your head turnt downward. Like unripe strawberry or like grocery bag paper after it's been soaked in something unidentifiable but the only fresh things you bought were berries and an ancient-grain salad. Or like kiwi skin that was separated from its flesh 12 or 13 minutes ago. Anyway, not like you asked, but some of you might be thinking: what's this beer made of? Well, barley for one but also spelt which adds a nice fun earth-tone or twang or why (that's short for what have you). We hopped it with Bru-1 and Comet which just means: a little citra and little stone fruit. But really, how many times are we gonna repeat the same hop characteristics?

    Troegg LolliHop

    image_thumb%255B4%255DDouble ipa | 8.2% ABV

When we make our annual pilgrimage to the hop-growing hotbed of Yakima Valley, we’re like kids in a candy store. We eyeball the hops on the bines, crush them in our hands and rub them til their oils fill the air. LolliHop brings together three of our favorites. Dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic layers in notes of orange, grapefruit and melon, while Azacca in the kettle adds hints of papaya and pineapple. Locally harvested rustic pale malt provides the backbone, and wheat and oats make this beer silky smooth with a touch of haze.
