Where can I see a summary of the total accounts I’ve referred and the number of accounts that have ordered? Viewing your referral scorecard is easy! Just click on the chat bubble when logged into your Provi account and click “Check My Referrals”. The chatbot will respond with the total number of accounts that you’ve referred, the number of those accounts who have ordered, and the total amount you’ve earned.
How can I view the referral status of a certain account? Below the form on the Onboard Retailers page, you will find a timeline that shows the status of your referrals broken down by customer.
What if a customer already has a Provi account? Customers who already have a Provi account are not eligible towards your referral incentive.
Are customer’s referred via other methods than the Onboard Retailers tool eligible for the incentive? Referred customers will only count towards your incentive when referred via the Onboard Retailers tool.
